Packaging

To reduce costs and environmental impact, we re-use packaging materials wherever possible. Recycled or recyclable materials are used where re-useable packaging is unavailable.

Returns and Refunds

On Line Exchanges:

If something isn't right, let us know; we will gladly replace, exchange or refund the item/s at the original price/s at the time of purchase. In accordance with the following process:

• You must notify Cooee-eco within 5 days of receiving the item of the fault, flaw or damage by emailing us on This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Arrange return of the item to us within 14 days of notification with a copy of the proof of purchase. Return postage is to be paid by you the consumer.
• Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the item/s have been received and inspected by Cooee-eco. Please allow up to 14 days from the day you returned the item for your account to be credited.
