Cooee - is a word used in Australia, primarily used when in the Outback. "Cooooeee" is shouted out to attract attention to ones self or to find the location of others.

Eco - is short for Ecology. The first principle of ecology is that each living organism has an ongoing and continual relationship with every other element that makes up its environment. An ecosystem can be defined as any situation where there is interaction between organisms and their environment.

I have witnessed the last of several species trying to survive with what is left of their environment - their home.

I have smelt the smoke of our planets forests burning at the hands of man - year after year.

I have been to the rehabilitation centers trying to save animal species from the greed.

I have witnessed the ocean reefs dying from our pollution.

I have helped communities that have suffered from natural disasters.

I have witnessed a mothers struggle to feed and educate her children.

I have witnessed the hardship on the land when there is no rain.

I have looked into the eyes of survivors of genocide and landmines and heard their stories.

I have hugged orphans with HIV/AIDS; they melt my heart with their smiles.

I have shared a glance and smile from a person who has nothing.

I have talked with people doing exceptional things for our world and the people on it.

I have witnessed that helping others to help themselves, makes a difference.

Our plant has incredible natural beauty; we need to preserve what is left.

Humans are the most destructive influence on earth and we are the only ones that can protect it.

Without thinking green, being M.A.D. (making a difference), caring and sharing we will have no planet.

Helping in a few ways – one idea, with passion, at a time - together it can be done - that is what others have shown me.

We choose environmentally friendly practices to maintain our home, business and travel requirements.
